Below are details of an advanced first aid course which
West Breacon Cave Rescue Team are running. If you would like
to attend the course please pay WBCRT in advanced. WBCRT
policy, is that once your name is down to do the course you
must pay weather you attend or not. If you get a place on
the course please can you let me know.

Advanced First Aid for Cave Rescue Course
The next WBCRT Advanced First Aid for Cave Rescue
Course will take place on the weekend of the 9th/10th
June, 2007. This will be the only course we will run in 2007.
There are places available on this next course and we
would like to give you this opportunity to attend.
Please could you let me know as soon as possible
if you would like to attend this course, so that I can complete arrangements.
Details of the course are as follows :
There is a pre-requisite of a basic First Aid Certificate
or another relevant Advanced Certificate. This ensures that
participants will already have some prior knowledge of the subject.
Costs :
WBCRT Team member - £10 per person
Any other UK/Ireland Cave Rescue Team member - £45 per person
Non Cave Rescue - £80 per person
The cost includes materials and is payable during the delivery
of the course. All course fees are retained by WBCRT to cover the
cost of providing these First Aid Courses and all Instructors give
their time voluntarily. WBCRT costs are reduced this year as we
have been able to secure funding for our Team Members.

Certificated by West Brecon Cave Rescue Team
Accredited and Certificated by British Red Cross
Certificated by the Mountain Rescue Council (for Cave Rescue Team members)
Approved by the British Cave Rescue Council
